Looking for a small furnished rental here in Mandurah,
Have been looking at all the agents but there are hardly any, the ones that there are go fast... any suggestions wouldnt go amiss..... if anyone knows anyone needing to rent a place would be great..

Our next door neighbour was trying to let her place out furnsihed. I will ask when i get home at the end of the week. Nice house, south of Mandurah in Dawesville and a 100m from the beach

Firstly use realestate.com , in general ignore older listings, order your search newest listing first. It may take a week or so for you to get up to speed( ie being among the first to view)- this is vital to get a chance at getting a place as they seem to go fast. Also before you go to a viewing have the standard(or agents) rental application form pre filled so if you like the place you can just cross the T's and hand it in- we got 2 places like that.

It's not for us but folks staying with us. Like you say they go very quickly so here is hoping they get summit soon..
