FTHBG - when can you sell after the grant?
I have searched the net but can't find definate figures on when you can sell after the grant - or what the penalties are?

I'm pretty sure that you have live in the property for 12 months before you can sell or rent out and I'm guessing that if you do either of these things before that, you'd be liable to repay the grant?
