Anyone know where you can buy them ??Melbourne preferably, looking for a friend at work who wants them for Xmas dinner

...sorry......he he he he.....i have had the same conversation with my sister . i have never seen them, have tried making them myself, but failed miserably, same as my gravy making. but, perseverance and all that, and thanks to a little gravy magic from wendy, and now my gravy is yummy. maybe it will be so with gorky puds (as my daughter calls them )

Hi ALDI normally have them. They are $3.99 for box of 12 and are quite nice. Woolworths did start selling them but not sure if they still do. They were in the section with the chocolate puddings.

the key with gorky puds is hot fat. make sure your tins with the fat in are really smoking hot and you will be fine.

yep, it got the double thumbs up by my son on tuesday with the roast beef dinner that i conjured up ....and, OH was well impressed. he said it was the first time he had seen me smile since we arrived in OZ

Off to Aldi I go (conveniently they've just opened a store nearby). I tried to make yorkshire puddings again at the weekend, it still isn't happening for me even with the oven on the hottest temperature Yorkshire cakes just aren't the same...

Whereabouts are you in Melbourne? I am in S/E burbs and we have them in our local Safeways, like someone else said before they are in the frozen section with the chocolate puddings etc...They are called Aunt Bettys (should be Bessies) bloody annoying advert that was do you remember it?
