HI all, just thought you may like instructions on how to make nice real yorkshire pudds,
4oz/125g Plain Flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs, around size 2
1/4pt /150ml milk and cold water mixed
fat/oil for tins
large tins - bake for around 35 to 40 mins
small size - bake for around 20 mins
try to leave the mixture to stand for around 30 mins, also bake on top shelf in the oven - turn the oven up to nearly full.
