Default Front Loading Medicals
Hi, after a bit of advice. We are thinking of front loading medicals.

Do we need to download a form from the Immigration Website and fill in. or do we just arrange appointment with doctors for medicals and they have forms there and fill in for you.

We are looking at medicals in the northwest.

We had ours today and just downloaded the forms from the link Wendy gave you. There is a few bits you need to fill in before you go to the Docs.
