front loading?
we got the ok from TRA 3 months ago. Money was taken off my credit card by Adelaide 5 weeks ago. had medicals and police checks 2 weeks ago. these have not yet been requested but we intend to send them. Anyone had any experience of this?
Sold house in August. We're brave......... bought another requiring work. finished in 8 weeks. Put on market 5 weeks ago. Same day full price offer,but they have not sold. No one through the door since
