Can anyone help me with this question??? We are about to lodge my hubbys visa application - front end loaded - should we send his passport along or wait for them to ask for it????

Cheers

if you don't need it in the next 4 months send it off (my spouse application took this long) either way they will ask for it when they need it and the chances are you could have it all sorted in days or weeks.

good luck.

Put the passport in with the application, with a few exceptions they seem to be taking not much more than a month to process at the mo!
Also add a a self adressed pre-paid special delivery envelope......but make sure you make a note of the tracking number on the envelope!

If you have submitted all relevant info (and a little extra) then put the passport in as well, the wifes spouse visa was returned within a week (November last year) did not receive any notification just the passport back in the post along with a lot of the bills and other info we submitted.

They kept our hand written personal statements though (as to how we met and developed our relationship) WHY?
