Friends needed North Lakes area
Hi there just posting this thread as my son is in need of friends.He is 20 years old and is finding it hard to meet any new friends.We have been in North Lakes for 9 months since moving from the UK.He works in Brisbane but so far has no social life as he left all his friends back in England.
If anyone is in the same position and want to meet up it would be nice to hear from you.He is a really nice easy going lad and just needs people his own age to mix with.

My son is 20 and has been here about 18 months.He said if your son wants to come along to the Oval on a Tues night for some footie training there's a crowd of them meet there, 6.45pm for training and some times a beer afterwards? They're a pretty friendly bunch.
