Thank you to those who donated to me ..but no need really ... I have got quite a lot already ....I deliberately turn off my Karma display... also if you have less than a 100 postings your karma comes with no points .. but still a nice thing to do... also don't forget to sign you name to it...

By the way.........it takes about 10-15 years to stop.........the craving that is!! So my Mum tells me(who gave up 24 years ago) :cool: So that is reassuring for all of us on the long path. I have just quit for the third time in as many years. Im on month 3 for this one :p
