May I know where can I get information (Web / Phones / Universities) about FREE Courses available for PR Holder.

I think it will depend on what state you are in. In SA you can check our free courses with Tafe SA. Just try google :)

So have a look at TAFE NSW and check out free courses if they have any :)

Agreed, especially if you want to do a course that leads to a recognised qualification.

TAFE SA seems to be very good in the fee free courses it offers - even the diploma in Electrical Engineering is free due to funding provided by Skills for All :)

Had a quick look at TAFE NSW, and could not find similar offerings, although course fees do not seem too high :)

The state funding is limited and has a number of restrictions as to what you have already undertaken or not and to what level they will support funding. Most states have now removed state funding that allows free courses though I understand SA has the widest range, NSW has one of the most limited.
