What do you think of this property in Brighton? Beachside location, good transport links, desirable suburb......and only $150k!! Not sure about the colour tho

The problem is they painted every outside space the same colour. The cabin at the back, the pool fence, the pergola aaaaarrrrggghh its everywhere. Well we have put up a new pool fence in black and the difference was amazing. We are having water tanks put in (in grey), we have just had a termite barrier put round it (expensive but worth it) and we are having reverse cycle air con put in downstairs next week. So at the moment we are concentrating on the really important things. We have decided on colour though. The main area is going to be a sort of pale chocolate milkshake colour and the trims are going to be a creamy colour. Saw it in a book and it looked really nice on that house, unfortunately its difficult to tell what the end is going to look like but at least I can live safe in the knowledge that its going to look better whatever colour we do it

Im a strange lady that always goes for the ugly duckling house as i can always see the potential. sounds as though the house is going to look good.
i was near Amble in Northumbria recently and saw a lovley holiday cottage painted a very pale grey/blue colour with a creamy yellow trim.
I bet what ever you do to your house you will have immense pride in your achievements

It's put at that price to get interest from buyers I bet it goes for a lot more than that. They don't come up very often and I seem to remember one about 12-18 months ago for way in excess of $150k!
