Forms-printed or request originals?
Hi,
Another question, the forms that we need to complete (eg, the 40SP, etc), can i print them off or do i have to request the original forms to be sent to me?

Hiya,
You can print them all off, no need for originals except with the medical form - that has to be sealed in a certain way so you need an original (get it by emailing AHC)
