Form filled out for skills assesment - Do dimmia need this?
When I sent my skills assesment form to Australian Computer Society, I did not copy the form I filled out.....Should I have sent a copy of this filled out form along with my degree qualifications, etc when applying then on the main immigration 47sk form after my positive skills assesment??
Think I've messed up big time? Does anybody know if I can get a copy of this form I filled for my assesment so I can forward it onto DIMMIA(if needed), as I have not yet been assigned a case officer...Have I messed up???

Don't worry, you won't need to send a copy of the form to DIMIA. They only want to see the documents that you sent with the form.
