Default form 80???

Guys,
Me and my missus are 5 months in to an independant skilled application. Do we need to submit a form 80? I didn't even know what one was until i looked on here and saw a couple of threads on it. There was no mention of such a document on my application forms or checklist? Any advice?
Cheers in advance!!!

Not essential but a good idea to submit it with your pccs . It may or or not be requested so the advice is to submit to avoid time wasting in case it is requested in the future.

No, form 80 is a character assessment form:

We're being employer sponsored - we've submitted form 80 and 1221 prior to the 47ES. you're allowed to do that.

I found 80,1221 and 47ES were in fact all asking for the same information in one way or another.
