Can anyone help, just having last minute panic!

On Page 17 - Part G it shows a Document Checklist. Do I have to put a tick in the little boxes to say I have included the information listed?

I am intending on sending a 'full contents' front page with our application to show them what is included.

Can anyone help?

I did, and included a contents list also. (best not to give them an excuse)

My passport photos arrived back from someone else, even though they were on the list, so I'd put your name & address on the envelope / whetever your passport photos are in, just incase they become separated from the application.

i ticked the boxes, i think it is there for you to make sure you have all the stuff they want to see, i dont think it matters a jot if you tick them or not.

I agree i dont think it matters whether you tick or not, but maybe just do it anyway !
