Form 40
We have been given a form 40 for our Relo's in Melbourne to fill out. Does anyone have good guidelines on filling it out for cousins ?.
We are only in touch via mail so need to get this right before our agent lodges our application - so annoyed that it has taken so long and now we have to make up 5 points.!!!
