Foremost Currency Group Ltd

Does anyone know anything about the Foremost Currency Group Ltd ? Indeed have any of you used them to transfer any money over. They seem to offer better rates than HIFX, yet their website is naff, and nowhere near up to date. Friends are talking to them all the time, and they are offering them very close to the interbank rate, is it too good to be true ?

Any experiences welcome.
