Foreign Currency Transfers

Hi All,
I was just wondering whether any of you have used Money Corporation to exchange £ to $ and if so how have you found their services. They seem to offer a better rate than banks / Post Office etc and without charges.
:)

I haven't heard of that one, but I've used both WorldFirst and OzForex - a much better rate than the banks - and they've both been prompt & professional. WorldFirst, you register and then get a call-back from one of their staff when you want to transfer $; Ozforex, you can do the whole deal online (apart from weekends, when the system's off).

The first time I transferred outside of the bank system was to buy my house in Oz, and I seriously didn't relax til the money came through - so I knew I hadn't been scammed! But it saved me a huuuge amount, and I use them all the time now - would never go through the banks again.

Hope that helps!

I have used moneycore in the UK & In Sydney, they offer the best rates and they are very secure, no problems so far

Thanks, much appreciated although I think I'll stay on the safe side and test the water with just a couple hundred quid to begin with.
