Can't say I'm new to the tastes, but the mangos and strawberrys here are ace, as is the Turkish bread, rye bread, gluten free bread, skinny flat whites, sausage rolls with RED sauce not tomato, spider drinks, Woolworths select toffee caramel biscuits, arnotts mint creams and dilma extra strong teabags.

Fresh fish, decent Australian wine and not the exported Jacobs Creek crap, decent asian food shops and perhaps the most important of all - Cold Rock Ice Creamery.

Yes, if you say Tomato they look at you like you've just asked them for sex.
only joking, but you never ever say tomato.

I've found they're OK as long as you say Tomato sauce and not Tomato ketchup!

turkish bread too - the one that has won award rather than a cheaper alternative.
plenty of fruit become more everyday affordable, rather than treats in UK and fresher. Although prices go quickly up or fruit/veg disappear when out of season, so it feels like you make most of it while it is around. One reason you will see, for instance, mangos sold by the box.
pineapples - made lovely desserts - Gordon Ramsey recipe
drink more fresh fruit juice, starting to drink more wine (making up after arriving here pregnant)
more fresh fish

and I must admit it - I have a tim tam addiction

In the same vein as red sauce - I never worked out why its HOT Chips. You never ever order cold ones. Guessing its because crisps are called chips. But even so...

Gross
Deb used to drink it if I had an Iced Coffee, it's like drinking a pint of milk that's been poured into a sugar bowl full of sugar lumps
