Following on from my earlier post.......
Hello all,
Still feeling miserable but also determined to take the buggers on! If worse comes to worse , we will go to NZ for 2 years and get in that way, but I am not going down without a damn good fight. It's not my nature to go quietly, as some of you may have already gathered!
So my question is....has anyone on here challenged DIMIA and won?

PS..anyone own their own company and want to give my husband a job AND sponsor him?!

Ive just emailed Channel 7 in Adelaide telling them the whole sorry saga...maybe we can shame DIMIA . How can the say yes one minute and no the next?...at the same time dont want to piss them off but guess I have nothing to lose now so what the hell! I am also finding out who the head honcho is in the SA government with regards to migration.

I like that fighting spirit. I think if you go via NZ then good on you as quite a few people on here have still made a go of it and its a beautiful country. Equally, take them on, go to every appeal level possible. You've come to far to let it rest.
