We did loads of searching and even got my sister-in-law, who is a travel agent, to try but she couldn't beat that price so we booked it. When we went last year on holiday it cost us £3,300.00 return with Cathay. Happy searching everyone. :) Would recommend anyone considers flying via the US with Air NZ / United as you get 46kg baggage allowance no matter what visa you are on. Cheers Buzzy |

Virgin Atlantic via HKG to Sydney in June with July return GBP609.90 each adult return inc taxes via their website. Seems quite good.

I have to fly to adelaide end of july, hopefully with my husband if the house is sold or he will have to stay til it sells. Does this mean I book our flights now and if he can't go they will change his flight for free?? Ali |
