Default Flying Emirates with Children

Hi

We fly from Birmingham in 2 weeks and I am trying to think of things to entertain 2 children 3 & 4. We are wondering if emirates supply entertainment bags or crayons for young children.

Regards

Wow we fly out from birmingham in two weeks as well!!!

Last time we flew with them they gave our son a little pack with crayons and colouring stuff in. They also gave us a little bag with wipes and stuff in and
we got a new pack on each leg of the journey.

Thanks for reply. We fly 23rd June Birmingham to Melbourne for reccie and to validate. Quite nervous about the flight with two little ones.

Bet you can't wait to settle into your new life in Sydney.

All the best

They are very good with children. My daughter got a plastic carry case with each meal with a watch in - yes we ended up with a few
The flight was excellent with 7 hours for each leg : Dubai, Singapore and then us to Melbourne. It was much better than Japan Airlines let me tell you...... 6 hours in Osaka and 2 x 12 hour flights - EMIRATES win hands down!!

Go to a cheap toy shop and by lots of little packs of toys (cars, stickers, lego, playdough) and then bring them out when the kids begin play up. We also take a personal DVD player so that the younger ones can watch Hi-5 and Dora the Exlorer over and over and over again!@!! It's also good to have for delays and waiting in the departure lounge.

Best of luck

We have done the UK - Aus journey with Emirates [and two small children] half a dozen times, on each occasion the staff have been superb. They do give them a small pack each to play with, but if you can also take a couple of their fave toys [pref quiet ones, for everyone elses benefit] and a few drinks, then you will be well sorted. From our experiences, the children are aware where they are, and that they are confined to their seat area, and basically just get on with it, the tv screens and games come in handy too, plus they will probably sleep for around half the journey.
