Floreat, Jolimont, Shenton Park
Hi everyone.
Im looking for some advice on these suburbs as our plan is to rent for the first 6 months or so when we arrive in Perth. When looking at a map they seem in an ideal position being relatively close to the beach and the CBD.
Only problem is that I don't know a great deal about what they are like as actual places to live. Ive heard people mention that they can be quite expensive if your buying there but they seem fairly reasonable on the rental side.
If any of you local Perthites can offer me some help that would be superb.
Cheers
Van

Yes that is the plan. There is NO way we could afford to buy there but the rents do seem reasonable.
