Flights again!!!

Flights again!!!
Trawling the net,teletext and travel agents for flights and found some really good prices only problem is that if we're flying from Manchester or Heathrow prices are averaging £400 ish "Would it be much dearer to fly from Humberside?" I asked "Only a small amount" she says Prices are then £1340 per person!!!!!. When I said that's a bit pricey she got it down to about £1100. I pointed out that to fly from Humberside to Schiphol was around £69 and how did they justify £700 for an internal flight but got no joy. Anyone else flying from a regional airport as I could hire a bloody limo to drive me to Heathrow for less than £700?

Hire a car for about 50GBP, book a room in the Heathrow Hilton 75GBP for the night before. Added bonus: no rellies to wave you off.
Note: get big enough car

If you check out this outfit you will find
Humberside to Brisbane £750 adult £521 child. KLM
Leeds Bradford to Brisbane £536 adult £407 child Air NZ
These were both 18th October.
