Flight Links?

Hello out there,

Just wondering if any one has got any information/links about flights to Oz. Also anyone booked any and got some decent prices.

Not that I'm desperate or anything!!

Thanks

Hi Ginny,

We applied in June 2001, so hopefully the wait is nearly over!! You must be
so excited. We are heading for Perth hopefully before Christmas, sold our
house to the first person the saw it, so we are just waiting now to hear
from London.

As for the flights to Oz that is something I have not looked into yet, but I
flew last time with Royal Brunei they were very good, but there was a bit of
a wait in Brunei, it was really hot there and bugga all to do, we had to
wait in the departures lounge, and all the duty free shops were closed, so
no retail therapy for me!!

Where are you heading too???

Love Jo xx

Try

www.ebookers.com

or

www.airnet.co.uk

or

www.flynow.com

Just keep playing with the dates, routing etc until you get what you want.

Until then Royal Brunei and Jal Airlines both have good offers on. To Brisbane November is around £530 before tax's with Brunei.
There is always good old Priceline that lets you name your price, and then see if the Airline excepts this, have had some brilliant feed back from friends on this, ay really silly prices check it out.

Be very careful about using priceline.co.uk. I've heard some bad reports about this service. Check out travel newsgroups if you don't believe me.

Basically you don't get anything for nothing in this world. AFAIK Priceline does not have a magic wand that enables it to buy cheaper tickets than you can.

All they do is perform the search for you. But they will find the most expensive fare that satisfies your offer price. They then pocket the difference. That is how they make their money. As long as you know how to use the internet and have a reasonable understanding of ticket pricing, you will invariably be able to find a more desirable ticket yourself.

Hi Nicky
We're going via LA for a few days at Disneyland, may not be relaxing or cultural but the kids will love it!

Dear Sue and Ian

Yes- that thought had crossed my mind- may think of going to the one in Tokyo though so can go up Mount Fuji- went there as a child and thought it was great but confusing that Snow White etc were oriental!!!
