First time member asking about emigration to Oz
Apologies if you have heard this a thousand times, but I am new to this site.
I would very much like to live/work in Oz permanently with my wife.
I currently work as a Law Enforcement Officer for HM Customs at Manchester Airport, England, who I have worked for, for 13 years.
Am I able to get a job straightaway with Customs?
Woudl I qualify as a skilled occupation?
The job I do didn't need any major educational qualifications, but is rather a unique job, in that there is an intensive training course and the work we do is extremely important.
Any advice on the above, plus any sites you can point me to so I could gain more knowledge would be hugely appreciated.

Hi there.
Have you already been to the Immigration website?Immigration . This site has all the info and forms you need.
Also - if this looks a bit daunting - see the FAQ's at the top of this forum. Very helpful starting point.

Dont think i can help you much, just wanted ot say hi, but you can do a search and see if customs offciers are on the jobs in demand list on the immigration website
