In effect its just a rebate of some of that stamp duty paid, and even then certainly not all of it!!

Hardly a burden on the state now is it.
We got our stamp duty that was paid on our land back, 1900 dollars.
We got the 7000 grant paid in to tohe bank yesterday, as we complete next week. so off today to pay for floor coverings and blinds. and maybe a few chrissy presents.
