First Home Owners Grant Question:
Those folks out there who have had a house built can you tell me exactly when you get the payment. We have differing info from everyone we ask. The builder says it's credited to the account immediately after the first full mortgage payment, while the finance guy says it will be credited into the account next week when we make the first stage payment. The forms have been filled in and approved by the necessary people so everything is in place.

Payment of the grant
Contracts for the construction of a home
Application lodged with OSR Application lodged through financial institution
Once the eligible transaction has been completed On the first draw down of funds if the draw down is for more than the grant payable, or on a subsequent draw down of funds which results in the total funds drawn down equalling or exceeding the grant payable
