First 2 weeks RENT FREE in Cranbourne East, Vic
Hi All,
Well my wife and I have finally bought a property, though we are very glad we rented first as we have changed our minds so many times!
We signed up for a 12 month tennancy agreement and have another 6 months remaining. As an incentive for someone to occupy this unit (thus releasing us from our remaining obligation), my wife and I are willing to pay for the the first 2 weeks to whoever takes occupancy of this lovely unit prior to our departure of it.
The rent is $190 ($824 per month) which is very reasonable. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom including bath and shower.Single lock up garage and a small garden. The Unit is only about 2 years old and is in very good condition (unlike many we saw prior to this!).
The unit is available for occupancy from Sunday 14th October.
