fireworks will be goin off at my mum's house
When she finds out we've put the house on the market............... and the board goes up tomorrow!!!!!!

We were told to put everything in cupboards. Makes your rooms look bigger and tidier and makes the cupboards look like they hold loads.

Have you checked the price of rental accomondation in your area? We looked into it and its around £1000 a month for a 3 bed, needed it to be in a certain area for school runs etc so we are now sitting tight and hoping the house prices don't drop till after we sell next spring, our mortgage is only £400 a month and could not justify £600 extra a month just to sell up now, but perhaps you are going to stay with in-laws or parents, we thought about it but decided that I would last about 2-3 days!!! Good Luck and don't let the kids make a mess!!!
