As of my friend said in Melbourne, they've couldn't find any flat coz OZ owners prefer previous OZ settled ones and they are stayed in a hotel even after 2 weeks. I really want to know is this true for PERTH?
How can I solve this problem?
Is having an any other person resident address will help us(i.e., friend of mines)

Never heard that one. Can you put up the bond and six months rent in advance? That will get you a long way.
