Finally.....we have exchanged
After soooooo much bullcrap from 3 different buyers in 6 months.....we exchanged today!!! We complete on the 14/1/05 and its onwards and upwards from there! 
Oh, and for those that read my thread about my new job....I went in there this morning to meet everyone....and.......I get my very own office....with a door, a window with a view and everything
Hels is a happy bunny!!!!

Well done. It gives me hope.....Our buyer has dropped out but as we are all booked to go we are leaving everything in the hands of our agents. Hopefully things will fall into place somewhere down the line. Must be a nice feeling to get everything tied up. Enjoy your new office
