fiance visa question

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the processing times for fiance visas that are posted for washington dc is 4 to 6 months from the time you lodge the visa,or from the time you turn in the medicals and police checks,and if anyone has heard of any delay because of what has happened here in the US...

Officially quoted processing times are based on time from lodgement of application to
grant of visa.
I've not heard of any impact on processing caused by the events in the US, at least
on applications lodged in the West. Regards Jeremy
