hi there, can some of you that have got your prospective marriage visa please tell me how long it took to process

Tony,

I lodged my visa at the start of July and received it the second week in November, as a rough guide go off four months and you won't be too far away. Immigration informed me on my initial letter that it would be around four months. Don't ring them until the 3 month mark, you will only rock the boat.

Unless you "front load" your application, which means including your medical and police forms with your initial application. If you do this then it only takes up to 28 days.
