Do it yourself, dead easy, we did ours, its a piece of cake, being in the building trade, it should be even easier for you, dont do it with a dry mix though, that rarely works, do it the proper way with a cement mixer, and a proper mix. The fence panels are assembled beforehand, so its only a matter of digging the holes and getting it perpendicular.

Ask your neighbour to go halves!

I was amazed as it was the first time I met him!

you have to, to get the posts upright and tight. Then you add water to the rammed mix

Huh, no. Dig hole. Poor in concrete. Slide in post plumb. Leave it to set then put in rails and tin.

There is a dividing fences law....your neighbours must cough up for half of a 'normal' fence....if you want something flash then they only need to pay a contribution towards it(ie the cost of a timber fence)

Personally I dont like the colourbond fence panels, they let no breeze thro what so ever....our mates have one and you cant sit out in there yard in the height of summer

Exactly, I didnt like pointing it out to him, but that is the 'proper' way to do it, the old dry mix, with gallons of water is the very wrong way to do it, but is favoured by many builders because it is easier.

Or fencing contractors, which is how I make a living.

you cant pun up wet concrete tight, if the concrete isn't tight before it goes off it can allow for movement.

But hell what do I know, its only been my job for quite a few years now.

T'is the same with laying kerbstones. We use a lean (or dry mix), a wet mix just does NOT work! You end up with something resembling Coronation Street!
