Hmmm closest I can come up with is here. Always stop before the stressful drive nto Sydneys CBD. It's at some place called Yass. There again I am from another State.

I don't know of any restaurants on farms. One hour's drive from Sydney, you're usually still in Sydney where there aren't too many farms. Not that farm's tend to have restaurants - you get them in country towns, scenic spots, vineyards and the like but not really on farms.

However, I had lunch here yesterday: http://solitary.com.au/restaurant.asp

It's not a farm, not organic and over two hours from Sydney but it does have a very nice landscape..

Hint: don't plan on getting into any decent restaurant tomorrow for lunch anyway. It's Mother's Day so most good ones will be full.

Try Govinda's at 112 Darlinghurst Road, Darlinghurst (2010) (at William St/Sydney Eastern Suburbs). One of my faves.

An hour out of Sydney is still in built up areas. Maybe look at Berowra Waters restaurant on the way to Newcastle, or look at some places on the road into the Blue Mountains. For scenery and not too far, but not a farm restaurant or organic, try the Scarborough Hotel on Lawrence Hargrave Rd south of Sydney.
