heres the criteria for the off-shore fiance visa: you need to have met, u need the letter from the marriage celebrant, to prove ur gettin' married at a certain date/time/place. u need 2 stat decs from people that have met BOTH of u,from her country, u need 2 affidavits from 2 people that have met Both of u from ur country, u need all the communications between both of u while youv'e been parted physically : emails/phone bills/ instant messages. Joint bank accounts. Fill out forms like 47sp, 888, 40sp. Remain married for 2 years AFTER u get approved the fiance stage 1 visa. Then its the medicals, police checks, more stat decs, affidavits, from the same 4 people that r lieing for u. Then the spouse visa.
Not to mention the money involved. got ten grand au plus??
