To experts: incomplete application?

Hi all,
I would like to ask experts if I'll be able to amend my application after it is submited to DIMA.
My situation: I am 34 years old for now, but by the end of April I'll get 35. So it's better to apply before my birthday since I can score 25 points for age. On the other hand I'm not sure if my ACS assesment will be completed at that time. I'm thinking about submiting application to DIMA without ACS assesment.
So if anyone can suggest how to proceed?
Thanks in adv.

Hi Rmnts,
You need to alert ACS to the need to have your assessment back before your birthday.
A call or email should be all it takes. Because as Alan says, you'll need your skills
assessment in order to lodge your application.
Cheers
