Exchnage rates again!
 

Hi All

Our passports arrived this morning with the most expensive and eagerly awaited sticker in it that you are ever likely to see.

We have known for about a week but it's real cool to get our passports with the visa :D

Anyhow I'm wandering a bit.................

We have the house up for sale and really just wanted a few names, websites or phone numbers for companies that provide a good service and much more importantly a decent exchange rate.

Where not millionaires, (mores the pity) so were talking 10's of thousands rather than hundreds.

I have seen a few web sites offering 2.39 to the pound:scared:

Any pointers apperciated.

Congrats on the expensive orange stickers !!!

One of the better ones is www.hifx.co.uk - they track the rate 24 hours a day and ALSO work for the larger corporates - I will probably use them

Also there are :-
www.moneycorp.com
www.currenciesdirect.com

there are others but I think these are the main three.

Halewood ( www.hifx.co.uk ) are currently showing 2.5009 and their graph system updates every 10 seconds - one of the most comprehensive I have seen

Check out this website they seem quite reasonable rates
they seem to be quoting $2.47
