Exchanged contracts on House !!!
Just wanted to let everyone know that we have today exchanged contracts on our house and with a completion date of 24th of this month. The house went on the market in early June and six weeks ago , we got our offer ( had to drop 11k ) but now things seem to be moving on for us.
I suppose i just wanted to say to all those people waiting to sell - it can all change very quickly - so keep positive ! We are still waiting for our med requests and police checks however but one thing at a time i suppose ! |

Just had a letter today from our solicitor saying that our buyer (my b-i-l) has received his mortgage; so it should be soon. We have our visas, the house contains b-i-l's furniture ours is in storage awaiting our instruction to ship. We want to be gone by the end of this month. Hope you hear soon about your meds. Hazel |
