Hello All,

Does anyone have bad experiences with "Excess International Movers"? Or good ones?

We used them to come to Oz. We specifically asked for a crate to be made for our TV. When it arrived in Oz it had just cardboard wrapped around it, no bubblewrap, let alone a crate. It now has a green tinge on one side when we watch it, and have been told it may well have been dropped as it does not need de-gauzing. Other than that no probs

I forgot to mention, we paid for their insurance, but as the TV doesn't have cosmetic damage we cannot claim. Their answer was that they didn't know whether the TV was in working order when it was collected

Hi,

We used them but didn't ship big furniture, just the rest of the house. They did a great job, a couple of glass in pictures was cracked, but can't complain.
