Despite of Australia being most favourite destination of british expats and britishers, Australia is not even considered among EEA/EU?Are there any special and specific reasons for not doing this?

Please comment and list benefits of Australian Citizenship outside Australia?

Try to understand that a person born in Australian need visa to goto Europe(or travel to Europe) but a person born in EEA/EU country doesn't need any visa or anything.He/She can live, work in any European country on his EEA/EU passport.Why?????Is Australia backwards in some respect or unfit to be considered for such previliges??
