Estate Agents Argghhhhh!!!
Why,why why???
we put our house on the market this week with the agents knowing the position that we are in, so we had our first viewing tonight, laid on the sales pitch and they seemed pretty impressed with what they saw, then as they are about to leave they informed us that they dont even have their house on the market, have been looking at houses for about a year, dont even know how much mortgage they can have, so why did the agents bother sending them round.
I am not too happy about it I can tell you!!!!!
There I feel a bit better now after that outburst :

totally agree with you
we accepted a lower offer cos they could complete soon - only to find out yesterday people buying their house have decided to apply for a better rate mortgage this week & havent recieved new offer so we cant xchange till we have that
