ESANDA CAR LOANS
Dear all,
Does anybody ever have had an experience of Esanda car loan? How we can sell the vehicle while we have this loan on vehicle? The owner of vehicle would like it on his name or he can happily take over the loan amount when buying?
We have to pay comprehensive insurance ourselves this is the worst part?
Please suggest and help
Thanks,

in short It can't be done. Loan has to be paid out for vehicle to be transfered.
otherwise new owner will have to start a new loan contract.
rule #1 never buy a vehicle with $$ owing on it from a third party. (if they default on the loan the car can be repossed from you)
Contact REVs for info about this.

What is the best possible work around to sell the vehicle and if they repossed the vehicle it means you are free to go.

New buyer can pay out loan direct to Esanda and pay you the difference to complete sale. (he can have a bank cheque made out to Esanda) I have done this before.
If the car is repossed Esanda will sell it
(usually at repo auction) but still chase you for outstanding $$ (difference) + costs... (not a good deal for you.)
