Default ens ! folio or not

we are just about to submit our application form(ens) to australia house but were wondering about which way to do it ie. folio or not , any ideas , thanks sven.

Lots of people looking, but nobody answering! I would try to if I knew what you were asking?!

Hi Thanks for the reply
I have been nominated through ens by a prospective employer in Aus and I need to submit my application to Australia House in London. I wondered if the application had to be laid out in the same way as recommended for skilled independant - folio format, numbered from back page to front etc, I was hoping someone elese had done this!!!
