Hi Guys,

Its official, Im giving up trying to sell the house. Went to mortgage advisor today and we are going to change our mortgage to interest only payments for 2 years and we are going to rent out our place and we are not going to worry about it and we are going to go to Perth in September and we are going to get a life :thumbsup:

Right, feel good now for getting that off my chest, thank you all for reading it I am now going to get a nice glass of wine to celebrate myself for making that decesion.:D:rofl:

We are awaiting our Visa, but have decided to not even try and sell the house for a few years with the market being the way it is at the moment. As you say, it is one less thing to worry about! :thumbup:

I am thinking of Weds 10th September, cos I have got about 5 weekends that have great things going on before I leave this country, nothing really happens in this country so when it does, me want to be there :D

Im soooo excited now cos I really know Im going, Just got to break it to my 2 older kids now, oooops another glass of wine disappeared, mothers courage needed.:rofl:
