I think a "pom" in the derogatory sense, is someone who moves to Australia and then lives like an English person on holiday.
Certainly that is the way Australians would see it.

Interesting thread.
I don't know what the term for an 'anti-pom' is.
But I'd describe it as someone who goes to live in another country, feels like a fish out of water, and becomes excessively patriotic for a country that they couldn't wait to get away from previously.
I suspect there's a middle ground.
