English/Scottish intl footy coverage?

A listener to my footy podcast (http://soccershout.com) who is based in Australia was asking us how he can listen to the upcoming Scotland international games while he is in Oz.

Any thoughts on hearing Scotland, say over the Internet, or England for that matter?
