WoW England Won the T20 World Cup
Congrats to all of you

Despite being the founder of cricket, England had always failed to win the world cup or any other prominent title in cricket, this win will surely bring a much needed 'breath of fresh air' for English Cricket

Oh ye of little faith.

I do believe that the mighty english team have just proven you wrong.

Mind you, I have just watched the early morning news and not a mention of the result. Typical Aussies, they are just so bad at loosing.

What did our English players contribute to the win? Surprisingly no mention on Japanese media this morn so far...

So just to recap the headline should be:

"England win 2010 World Cup"....

I like the sound of that!

I LOOOOOOVE cricket, as in Test Cricket but cannot stand the pyjama versions, especially T20. It's a game of luck essentially, where whoever slogs and gets away with the most fumbles or drops wins.

As much a fan of England that I am, it's very difficult for me to get excited about this. Will this mean that we are now a force to be reckoned with in the 50 over game? I doubt it. Will it mean that we will field stronger sides in tests? Fat chance

I'm the same as you - love cricket (including one day cricket) but don't like 20/20.
It's not a sport, it's a lottery.
