Engineering
A son of a family acquaintance abroad has just gotten a 476 visa, recognised graduate. He has a degree in engineering that he has just obtained, so 22 or 23 years old. English is not his native language but he has excellent English skills.
He wanted advice from me about breaking into the engineering field in Australia, and tips for moving. I am not an engineer so I have no idea. Tips for moving, I can cover. Engineers, what "foot in the door" advice would you have for a fresh graduate on that visa? |

Re: Engineering
Australian Graduate programmes generally exclude anyone with an overseas degree. Ours certainly does and we will only consider PR or citizenship.
